Stage 5 Modelling Coordination for Three-Storey School

DigiCollab is delighted to be delivering the Stage 5 modelling Coordination for a three-storey secondary school in the East of England.

DigiCollab was awarded the contract by the M&E specialist to provide Revit modelling and coordination services for the school's MEP systems, which include heating, cooling, water and drainage, small power and data, security and fire alarms, as well as lighting and containment.

"This is a fantastic project for DigiCollab to be a part of," stated Adam West, Managing Director of DigiCollab.

It's one of the largest schools we've worked on, and by providing Stage 5 modelling, we can help the building team by eliminating many of the main and spatial fit difficulties."

"As a team, we have over 100 years of combined coordination experience and a passion for what we do," he continued, "which means we can provide our client with a high-quality, thorough output, lowering the possibility of unforeseen project issues that might lead to cost overrun."

The school, which will be completed in time for the September 2022 academic year, will educate students aged 11 to 18 from the surrounding area.

It will feature its own sports hall and playing field and will be large enough to accommodate up to 900 students.
